TaxCalc is a simple Irish PAYE and PRSI tax calculator available on the App Store for the 2012 and 2013 tax years. The calculator allows you to estimate your take home pay based on your total pay, pension contribution and personal circumstances.
TaxCalc allows you to calculate your weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annual net take home pay.
With TaxCalc you will be able to see a breakdown of all your deductions from your gross pay and estimate how much a pay increase or deduction is going to impact on your pocket.
The breakdown page allows you to switch between the tax years 2012 and 2013 so you can quickly see the changes in your pay packet.
Please note that all figures should be considered estimates and you should speak to the payroll person in your organisation or your tax advisor if you require a more detailed analysis. Pay is based on a week 1/fortnight 1/month 1 calculation or a full year.
